An accomplished artist and a visionary, Sarna is constantly pushing the envelope for out-of-the-box solutions. She works closely with our clients -- some of the country's leading organizations -- in developing optimum strategies, and with our designers, writers and illustrators to implement them.
A born entrepreneur, Sarna has forged powerful alliances with our partnering companies -- Coe-Truman Technologies, the Seva Group, DMS, and Web Ad.vantage -- creating the synergistic solutions that result when talented professionals bring their diverse capabilities to the process.
Sarna Marcus is an award-winning artist, art director and communications specialist. She received her training at the renowned Pratt Institute in New York.
Launching The Page Group in 1986, Marcus has succeeded in establishing a reputation nationwide as an expert in branding and repositioning, for professional associations, institutions and corporations. See Presentations and Workshops.
In 1995, she positioned her company center-stage in the new media arena, and pioneered the idea of the web as a pivotal component in the overall marketing mix through presentations and magazine articles.
The Page Group has been the proud recipient of over one hundred awards for excellence in marketing, design and promotion excellence. And last year Marcus and her company were featured in two articles on prominent entrepreneurs in The Washington Times.
Herr Director
Page's art director, Jorge Bach, is not only lead designer of print and web, and an accounts liaison, but he is also responsible for the success of all Page Group projects. He supervises production and trafficking staff, directs the work of illustrators and photographers, and stays in close touch with clients throughout each and every project. He and Sarna Marcus, president and Creative Director, collaborate closely to create new concepts and solutions to client goals.
Jorge approaches each and every project with intense dedication and commitment. His concern with the needs of Page clients always comes first. Hailing from Pennsylvania, Jorge served as Art Director for M&M Associates, Inc., a direct marketing firm in North Philadelphia. He worked on projects for such high profile clients as SAKS Fifth Avenue, Cingular Wireless, and The Home Depot. He received his training at the prestigious Pennsylvania College of Art and Design and is a fanatical Chicago Bears fan.
Web-Witchery
You've heard of webmasters. Well, we've got our very own Webwitch, Eva Passalacqua, who can take your most complex challenge and come up with a unique web-based solution. Eva keeps our sites focused, original, and very fast-loading. Of course, don't even try calling her before she's had her two espresso hits.
Eva Passalacqua joined the Page team in 1997. An early player in the Web world, she began developing content and sites in 1994.
Drawing on a background in programming, editing, database development, design, and fine arts, Eva is committed to exploiting the new paradigms in communication and persuasion online. She is well-known in the cyber-community as "an envelope pusher."
Currently residing in New York City, Passalacqua was a National Merit Scholar at Brandeis University. She studied towards a Master's degree as a Dean's Fellow of the Graduate Faculty of the New School for Social Research.
In 1994 and 1995, she served as publisher and editor of the East Village Quest, a bi-weekly 24-page New York newspaper. Following this, she created E.V. Quest, Inc., where she served as web developer, database developer, multimedia designer and web marketing analyst.
Print and Web Design and Illustration
Page designers are the best in their field. Working closely with Sarna Marcus, Page's creative director, our designers merge message with image to create powerful, persuasive solutions. Our web solutions work in tandem with our print to deliver optimum impact. In addition to our uniquely talented in-house capability, Page works with world renowned illustrators and photographers to support our efforts on behalf of our clients.

Alexis Heins of Tower Marketing is one of direct marketing's strategy gurus. She works in partnership with The Page Group to provide Page clients with direct marketing strategies and technology that complements Page's attention-getting solutions.
Alexis was instrumental in the development of ADCAMS, a powerful lead generation and data capture system. ADCAMS' multi-channel strategy has resulted in an unbroken track record of increased responses in the double-digits.
Prior to her current position at Tower, Alexis worked with Paul & Partners, a well known direct marketing firm. Her work with the George Washington University resulted in substantially increased response rates for both GW Near You and GW's School of Professional Management.
Throughout her career, Alexis has worked to develop and integrate systems solutions that have enhanced efficiency and increased the bottom line for her employers. Her expertise has been shaped by her experience in banking, higher education and with the INS. It is her unique ability to create the exact solution for the most daunting marketing challenges across all industry sectors that has made her a treasure to all her clients.
Account Management
A strong service orientation is part of Page's mission. We work closely with our clients, anticipating their needs, and making their goals our own.
Page clients are located across the U.S. Using the Internet for viewing images together and email for instant back and forth makes it easier than ever before to do business long-distance. But there's no replacement for personal contact, and our account management team makes that Priority Number One.
Production Management
Get it done right and on time. Our production manager brings a dynamic approach to quality control and efficient planning. Page's commitment to avoid client surprises at all costs requires close management at every step in this highly detailed industry.
Creative Copy Development
The success or failure of even the best planned positioning campaigns often depends on the writing. Just as we target the content of the message to each audience, we make sure the tone is right.
An experienced marketing, promotions and corporate communications writer, Lauretta Harris brings high-level conceptual and strategic skills to every assignment. With close to two decades in the field, she's developed solid knowledge across a broad base of industries including consumer goods, technology, finance and health care. In addition to her strong creativity, she has an unusual ability to accurately target a message to the appropriate audience.
Lauretta writes for the full range of media including print, direct mail, radio, video and the Internet. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing/English Literature from C.U.N.Y., and an Master's degree in Mass Communications from The New School. She has also taught Writing for Business Media. Her clients have included General Electric, Amoco, IBM, Kraft General Foods, Dannon Corporation, PepsiCo, FujiFilm, Citibank, Citizens Bank, GE Insurance Services, The Direct Marketing Association and Greenwich Hospital.
Strong Administration
It takes a lot of work to keep a business like ours functioning effectively. From database solutions to staffing benefits to negotiating leases, our administrative director Tina Lunson pulls it all together and makes it look easy.
Tina Lunson has been involved with Page's development since the establishment of its predecessor company in 1979, when she owned and operated an offset printing business in Washington, DC. As Secretary of the Page Group Board of Directors and as an advisor and advocate, she has helped steer the company through its several transitions with changing technologies and staffing requirements.
Lunson earned her Master of Arts degree at Baltimore Hebrew University, going on to Ph.D studies at Columbia University in New York. She is an expert translator of Yiddish and a historian, and has worked with the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum on various special exhibitions.
Tina is an accomplished writer, having been published in numerous national journals in her field. This expertise has been put to good use at Page, where Lunson's skills as a writer and editor are regularly employed.
