Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The DMA will not make hotel reservations without a Conference registration, full payment, and a credit card to secure the hotel reseration deposit. Failure to secure your reservation with a valid credit card will result in the cancellation of your reservation. If accommodations are sold out, The DMA reserves the right to assign an accommodation at another hotel, possibly at a higher rate.
