Reserve your hotel room early! Make your request for accommodations through The DMA no later than 9/14/99. Please send all hotel changes/cancellations to The DMA no later than 9/14/99. The DMA will not accept any requests after this date. (Official Conference hotels will not accept reservations directly from Conference participants.) Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The DMA will not make hotel reservations without a Conference registration, full payment, and a valid credit card to secure the reservation deposit. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your reservation. If accommodations are sold out, The DMA reserves the right to assign an accommodation at another hotel, possibly at a higher rate. The hotel may charge a one-night deposit to your credit card upon receipt of your reservation request. The hotel deposit policy will be stated on your confirmation.
