How to Register

Registration Fees

1. Register for the conference online no later than 10/8/99. After 10/8/99, please call DMA Customer Service at 212.790.1500. (Note: If you require housing, your request for accomodations must be made through The DMA y 9/14/99. See below for details.

2. Reserve your hotel room early! Make your request for accommodations through The DMA no later than 9/14/99. Please send all hotel changes/cancellations to The DMA no later than 9/14/99. The DMA will not accept any requests after this date. (Official Conference hotels will not accept reservations directly from Conference participants.) Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The DMA will not make hotel reservations without a Conference registration, full payment, and a valid credit card to secure the reservation deposit. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your reservation. If accommodations are sold out, The DMA reserves the right to assign an accommodation at another hotel, possibly at a higher rate. The hotel may charge a one-night deposit to your credit card upon receipt of your reservation request. The hotel deposit policy will be stated on your confirmation.

3. Full payment (via credit card) must accompany your electronic form.

4. Register by 8/20/99 to be listed in the Official Conference Directory. You'll also save money -- on-site registration fees will be higher. Conference delegate registration fees include sessions, events, and Conference meal functions.

5. A Conference registration statement, which is proof of registration and payment, will be sent to you. Room reservation confirmations will be sent to you directly from the hotel.

Cancellations must be in writing, on company letterhead, and sent to The DMA by mail, fax, or e-mail. Cancellations postmarked or fax-dated no later than 9/24/99 will receive a full refund minus a $75.00 processing fee; those received by 10/8/99 receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after 10/8/99.

To transfer or change your registration send a written request on company letterhead detailing the changes to DMA Customer Service by 9/24/99. After this date all changes will be handled on-site and must be submitted in writing.
