Leanne Shroeder joined The Elements as Director of Sales and Marketing after 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. During her tenure as National Sales Manager for Group Conferences at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel chain, Shroeder acquired a thorough understanding of the hotel business. Working closely with Ritz-Carlton clients, she developed a keen sense of customer service. It is that sense of client service and pursuit of excellence that inspires and motivates The Elements staff to always exceed client expectations. Shroeder's role at The Elements is to ensure the success of each and every client solution and to track customer satisfaction ongoing. Shroeder holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Education from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA, and continues to expand her knowledge base at every level of marketing in this ever-changing field. She is a member of Meeting Planners International.
