Ms. Boyd advises clients on a range of issues related to employee benefit plans and executive compensation, including compliance with tax, securities and labor laws and regulations and the design and treatment of benefit plans and compensation arrangements in the context of initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Boyd also advises nonprofit organizations on general corporate and federal tax matters, with a focus on corporate charitable foundations.
