- Send in your completed form, along with FULL PAYMENT, by February 9, 2001. After February 9, 2001, please call DMA Customer Service at 212.790.1500. You can pay by credit card, company check (made payable to The DMA), or bank transfer.
- Register by January 12, 2001 to be listed in the Official Conference Directory. You'll also save money -- on-site registration fees will be higher. Conference delegate registration fees include sessions, events, and Conference meal functions.
- Watch Your Mail. A Conference registration statement, which is proof of registration and payment, will be sent to you. Hotel reservation confirmations will be sent to you directly from the hotel.
- Reserve your hotel room. Please send all hotel requests for accommodations, changes and/or cancellations to DMA Customer Service no later than January 15, 2001. The DMA will not accept any requests after this date. (Official Conference hotels will not accept reservations directly from Conference participants.) Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The DMA will not make hotel reservations without a Conference registration, full payment, and a valid credit card to secure the reservation deposit. If accommodations are sold out, The DMA reserves the right to assign an accommodation at a higher rate or at another hotel, possibly at a higher rate. Housing reservations will require a first and last nights', non-refundable deposit. The credit card will be charged at the time of reservation. The hotel deposit policy will be stated on your confirmation. Hotel reservation confirmations will be sent to you directly from the hotel.
- Make your travel arrangements. To receive special discounted rates please call 1.877.FLY.2DMA. Discounts are available on American, Continental, United and all other major carriers.
- For private functions or meeting information at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center or at the Sheraton Seattle & Towers, contact Angela Talbot at atalbot@the-dma.org or 202.861.2427. The DMA discourages holding private functions during Conference hours.
- International Delegates. International registrations may be paid in U.S. funds either by credit card, company check or bank transfer. Send your transfer to: Chase Manhattan Bank N.A., 401 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10017, USA. A.B.A. #021000021 for The DMA Account #033-1-020552. Bank transfers must reference registrant's name, company and The DMA net.marketing SPRING conference & exhibition 2001 registration. Please attach a copy of the bank transfer confirmation to your registration.
- Cancellations must be in writing, on company letterhead, and sent to The DMA by mail, fax, or e-mail. Cancellations postmarked or fax-dated no later than February 9, 2001 will receive a full refund minus a $75.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made after February 9, 2001.
- To transfer or change your registration, send a written request on company letterhead detailing the changes to DMA Customer Service by February 9, 2001. After this date all changes will be handled on-site and must be submitted in writing.
