Permanent establishment of an on-going program for Yiddish
Scholarships for Eastern European students, enabling them to study Yiddish and perhaps to become teachers themselves in their own Eastern European communities
Future expansion of the Program to include linguistic research among remaining pre-WW II Yiddish-speakers; encouragement of young Yiddish writers and scholars.
